This all depends on your location. Please check out our Service Area page to take a look at our distribution map. After you’ve been approved for an account, you can work with your sales representative to determine which products are available in your territory.

How long does it take to set up an account with ADMC once I’m approved?
Account set up is processed immediately after approval.
What is your minimum order amount?
Varies by geographic location. Please contact an Inside Sales Representative at 1-800-737-2426 for more detail information.
When will my delivery arrive?
ADMC provides next-day delivery (based on scheduled delivery day) throughout the entire central corridor of the United States.
How many times a week can I receive a delivery?
Every account can expect to get at least one delivery per week. Certain geographic regions and cities within our territory are delivered to multiple times per week. You can get a delivery any time outside of your scheduled delivery day, but those are subjected to freight charges.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept checks and credit cards including MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.
Do you offer payment terms?
Yes. Our standard payment terms are Net Due 15 days with approved credit.

Do you have online ordering?
Currently we do not offer online ordering. We are in the process of developing our online ordering system that we anticipate launching in 2017.
How can I get a copy of your catalogs and price list?
Please contact your inside sales representative for our master price list as well as for hard copies of our catalogs. Our catalogs are also available to view online.
What do COL 1, COL 2 and COL 3 on your price list mean?
Each column of pricing is based on the dollar amount of the order placed. The more product you buy, the better pricing you'll receive.
How do I get your monthly specials?
Our monthly promotions book is available online. If you do not have a registered ADMCMN.com account, you will not be able to view the prices. Please request an account to be able to access that information. If you would like a hard copy of our monthly promotions book, please contact your inside sales representative.
How do I find out about price increases?
Please contact your inside sales representative and let them know that you would like to be notified of price increases. You will receive an updated price list for the specific product lines specified.
I occasionally hear you being referred to as American AGCO. Why is that?
Our fourth-generation, family-run business used to operate under the name American AGCO. Many of our current customers began with us when our name was American AGCO and old habits die hard. We adopted the name American Distribution and Manufacturing Company in 1990.
